We are excited to announce the Young Investigator Awards, to be presented at the 2nd JGES International on September 11-12, 2026, in Tokyo, Japan.

Abstract Submission Deadline

March 16, 2026, 18:00 JST

Eligibility

The Young Investigator Awards are open to individuals who submit abstracts for Theme Sessions, Oral Presentations, Poster Presentations and Video Forum Presentations at the 2nd JGES International and are 45 years old or younger as of the first day of the Congress.

• Both JGES members and non-members, from Japan and abroad, are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants will be required to submit a document that confirms their date of birth for the award, if they are not JGES members from Japan.

Number of Awardees

Up to 20 best abstracts will be selected as award recipients.

Award Benefits

Each lead presenter of the selected abstracts will receive a grant of JPY 50,000.

Selection Process

The Program Committee of the 2nd JGES International will review submissions and select the awardees.

Other

Award recipients must participate in the 2nd JGES International on-site and present their award-winning presentation in the designated session.
